Unit 2 of the Amala single-cycle combined cycle power station project in Iraq was successfully connected to the grid for the first time

Recently, Unit 2 of the Amara single-cycle to combined-cycle 2x125MW power plant project in Iraq, which was constructed by Harbin Electric Group International Corporation, was successfully connected to the grid for the first time. The unit is running stably with good parameters.

The Amara project in Iraq is the first EPC power station general contract project that an international company has successfully entered the Iraqi market to promote the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, marking an important milestone.
